Delivery 🚚✨

We deliver across Malta & Gozo, making sure your Mini Muse treasures reach you safely and quickly.

  • Orders are processed immediately on working days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Options:

  • FREE Delivery – on all orders over €65 (arrives within 1–4 working days).
  • Standard Delivery – €5 for orders under €65 (arrives within 1–4 working days).
  • Express Delivery – €10 (arrives within 1–2 working days).
  • Same Day Delivery – available upon request.

How can I check my order status?

For local deliveries, orders usually arrive within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends). The courier will contact you beforehand to confirm the delivery time or to arrange an alternative day or time if needed. To check on your order status, you can login to minimuse.com.mt and track your orders from the dashboard.

Returns ♻️

At Mini Muse, we want you and your little ones to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we make returns and exchanges easy and straightforward.

⏰ 14 Days to Return
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from receiving your order to send it back. Just make sure it’s unused, unwashed, and with tags on.

💌 How to Return
Drop us a message at contact@minimuse.mt with your order number and what’s going on. We’ll guide you step by step!

🚚 Sending It Back

  • You’ll usually cover the return shipping (unless it’s our mistake!).
  • We suggest using a tracked service so your parcel gets to us safely.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, and the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund — including delivery costs not charged if you benefited from a free delivery offer.

💖 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive your return, refunds take 7–14 days and go straight back to your original payment method.
  • Want a different size or item? Simply place a new order, and we’ll make it easy!

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items
If something arrives broken or not as it should, contact us right away—we’ll sort a replacement or refund, no extra cost!

📜 Your Rights
This is in addition to your legal rights under Maltese & EU consumer law.

🌸 Mini Muse Gift Card

  • Validity Period
    • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Usage
    • Redeemable online only at www.minimuse.com.mt 

    • Can be used on any product, including items on sale.

  • Non Refundable
    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Partial Use
    • If your order total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on the card until expiry.
    • If your order total is more than the card value, you can pay the difference with another accepted payment method.
  • Multiple Gift Cards
    • You can use more than one gift card per order (subject to checkout system functionality).
  • Lost or Stolen Cards
    • Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen, or misused cards cannot be replaced.
  • Delivery
    • Digital gift cards are delivered via email to the recipient. (Physical cards may be available on request).
  • Discounts/Promos
    • Gift cards cannot be purchased with discount codes or during promotional offers.
